Thanks for purchasing our products at www.vannygems.com. We are sorry to hear that you may not need or be happy about our product, however, we are always here to help.

Vanny Gems does not offer a refund policy. However, exchange or store credit might be eligible for your purchase. In order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unworn and undamaged in any way. We recommend you contact us first before you proceed with any action. 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange or store credit if it meets our standards.  Please note that we do deduct 10% of your total purchase amount as a restocking fee plus the shipping cost if there is any. Exchange can only be done with similar or higher price point items to your purchase.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Due to the nature of customized products, we can not apply our exchange or store credit for those items. However, we could still provide help as best as we can. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are in this case.
