Vanny Gems offers Free Shipping in Canada and the United States on all jewelry orders $1000 or more before taxes and or shipping at our online jewelry boutique. 

International jewelry orders that are over $2000 or more also enjoy Free shipping. To find out if we ship to your country please email us at info@vannygems.com. 

Any taxes/duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified. Certain designers make the pieces when the item is ordered, if this is the case please allow for extra time on delivery. Made to Order and Personalized Orders May Take 2-6 WEEKS TO SHIP. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.
